Incorporation of metal nanoparticles into polymeric nanofibers for antibacterial applications is gaining importance. Poornima Dubey, Bharat Bhushan, Abhay Sachdev, Ishita Matai, S. Uday Kumar, and P. Gopinath prepare a porous poly(ethylene oxide) polycaprolactone blended composite nanofiber scaffold incorporated with silver nanoparticles as an antibacterial wound dressing. Green fluorescent protein expressing antibiotic resistant Escherichia coli are used to monitor the antibacterial potential of composite nanofiber. The cover shows the FE‐SEM image of silver nanoparticle loaded composite nanofibers (shown in purple) and the result of antibacterial disc diffusion assay (shown in blue). (DOI: 10.1002/app.42473 )
