Dendronized polymers have a side chain composed of a dendritic structure with different conformational arrangements. Intermediate‐sized nanoscale molecules with specific shapes and functionalities along with well‐defined molecular weights are able to receive small molecules as guests and can be used as delivery systems for drugs, catalysts, and dyes. Nancy Alvarado, Irma Fuentes, Luz Alegría, Claudia Sandoval, Galder Kortabería, Arantxa Eceiza, Ligia Gargallo, Angel Leiva, and Deodato Radić study the interactions in blends containing a dendronized polymer with some common drugs. A phase image of a poly(diethylaminoethyl methacrylamide)/ibuprofen film can be seen on the cover. (DOI: 10.1002/app.42450 )
