Scaffolds for tissue engineering can provide the proper microenvironment for cell proliferation and differentiation. The unique physicochemical properties of silk fibroin have led to a wide variety of applications in biomaterials. The cover shows SEM images of the silk fibroin‐chondroitin sulfate‐alginate scaffolds used by Mitra Naeimi, Mohammadhossein Fathi, Mohammad Rafienia, and Shahin Bonakdar. It is shown that addition of chondroitin sulfate and alginate creates more open pores with thinner walls. This scaffold can be a good candidate for use as an efficient scaffold in cartilage tissue engineering. DOI: 10.1002/app.41048
