Cardanyl acrylate/methacrylate on suspension polymerization with methyl methacrylate, styrene, and acrylonitrile yielded copolymer beads. The beads were almost uniform in size and cross‐linked in nature. The copolymers synthesized were characterized by infrared, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron and optical microscopy, and swelling studies. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
