The webinar will attempt to answer some of these questions and help participants become aware of the business case for learning and applying Emotional Intelligence at work. Topics include the nature of emotional intelligence and how the brain works, the four dimensions of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and developing and applying self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management skills.
