The Front Cover shows a multicolor imaging sensing platform for simultaneous and sensitive detection of multiple circulating microRNAs. Spherical nucleic acid enzymes, produced by the initiation of different target microRNAs, can catalyze the luminol‐H 2 O 2 chemiluminescence (CL) reaction, resulting in the generation of blue (3‐aminophthalate) or green light emission after CL resonance energy transfer to fluorescein (represented by colored polyhedra). The emission signals can be simultaneously recorded with a portable smartphone detector. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Tao Li and co‐workers.
