The Front Cover shows the structure of RTFt1 , a rhodamine‐based sensor that can report on the presence of the Fenton reactants, Fe(II) and H 2 O 2 . Two sets of cells are depicted: the healthy cells have low levels of Fenton reactants, so the sensor remains in its non‐fluorescent form; while cells undergoing ferroptosis on the right have higher Fenton activity, so the sensor is converted to its red‐fluorescent form, visible by confocal microscopy.
