Divergent syntheses of a series of bioactive pentacyclic cytochalasans are reported by Pema‐Tenzin Puno, Jun Deng, and co‐workers in their Research Article on page 15963. Inspired by nature's way of synthesizing various secondary metabolites from a common precursor to maximize the number of natural products, total synthesis and structure revision of pentacyclic cytochalasans were realized from a common precursor aspochalasin D based on bioinspired structure network analysis and DFT calculations.
