Rapid lipid isomer identification In their Communication on page 7559, Julia Laskin and co‐workers demonstrate that online derivatization using a photosensitized reaction with singlet oxygen pinpoints the location of C=C bonds in lipids. This versatile method can be coupled to nanospray desorption ionization (nano‐DESI) for imaging of lipid isomers in biological samples.
