Inspired by nature′s self‐repair mechanisms at the molecular level, Viktorija Glembockyte, Philip Tinnefeld et al. applied dynamic self‐regeneration and damage‐specific self‐healing mechanisms to DNA origami nanostructures in their Research Article on page 4931, and show how they can lead to improved performance of nanorulers and brightness labels.
