Pillar[n]MaxQ were designed and synthesized as novel host materials by L. Isaacs and co‐workers in their Research Article on page 13313. Pillar[ n ]MaxQ display extreme affinity toward hydrophobic (bis)quaternary ammonium ions in water, which renders them prime candidates for a variety of sequestration applications.
