The X‐ray crystal structure of the DNA–Ag 16 nanocluster, which is a near‐infrared emitter composed of sixteen Ag atoms and two DNA decamer fragments, is presented by T. Vosch, J. Kondo, et al. in their Communication on page 17153 ff. The structural information will aid in the characterization of the photophysical properties of this class of emitters and opens up new research opportunities in fluorescence imaging and sensing.
