A hierarchically structured porous carbon membrane containing atomically dispersed semi‐metallic selenium atoms was prepared. In their Research Article on page 13466 ff. W. Zhou, H. Wang, and co‐workers show that the membranes can be utilized as electrodes for the hydrazine oxidation reaction in practical hydrazine fuel cells.
