Vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) resolves the superchirality that l ‐alanine molecules experience in their native crystal structure. In their Communication on page 13344 ff., R. Vuilleumier, D. Sebastiani, and co‐workers show the non‐local VCD signatures appear strongly enhanced—a phenomenon that does not restrict itself to molecular crystals, but also appears in protein fibrils and related compounds.
