An electricity‐powered modular self‐assembling method for imidazo‐fused N‐heteroaromatic compounds has been developed. In their Communication on page 1636 ff., H.‐C. Xu, X. Lu et al. report the electrochemically enabled synthesis of a variety of imidazo‐fused N‐heteroaromatic compounds through a regiospecific (3+2) annulation reaction of heteroarylamines with intramolecular alkynes.
