Cycloparaphenylenes (CPPs) are attractive templates for the bottom‐up synthesis of carbon nanotubes. In their Communication on page 1422 ff., D.‐P. Kim and co‐workers describe a flow‐assisted system for the efficient synthesis of [10]CPP under mild reaction conditions. The generation of mono‐ and dilithiated benzene is optimized by precise control of both the residence time and the flow rate in the microreactor device, leading to improved yields in fewer steps.
