Automation is back on the agenda! The first automated iterative CC coupling processes exploit the two faces of N ‐methyliminodiacetic acid boronates. They highlight the opportunities and challenges of how iterative synthesis with complex bifunctional building blocks can be conducted with liquid‐handling devices to even access complex natural products.
