Two nanojunctions with different pore sizes are the key parts of size and mobility traps described by M. C. Breadmore and co‐workers in their Communication on page 7359 ff. The traps were developed to extract, concentrate, and purify pharmaceuticals from body fluids prior to their separation by microchip electrophoresis. Therapeutic levels of the antibiotic ampicillin could be detected in blood samples within five minutes.
