Unexpected similarities : Atomic‐resolution structures of CO 2 ‐ and NCO − ‐bound nickel‐containing carbon monoxide dehydrogenases (Ni‐CODHs) reveal that the reaction pathway of this enzyme involves an intermediate that is generated by two‐electron reduction.
