Bioorthogonal PET probes serve as highly valuable tools in the field of pretargeted molecular imaging. In their Communication on page 9655 ff., H. Mikula, C. Kuntner, and co‐workers describe the development, synthesis, and characterization of a low‐molecular‐weight 18 F‐labeled tetrazine derivative that can be used for bioorthogonal PET imaging of dienophile‐tagged (bio)molecules through the application of in vivo chemistry.
