Rigid and highly water‐soluble dinitroxides (AMUPol and PyPol) were developed as polarizing agents for high‐field dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP), as described by O. Ouari, P. Tordo et al. in their Communication on page 10858. The use of these agents leads to unprecedented enhancements of the solid‐state NMR sensitivity and allows the investigation of increasingly complex biological systems or materials currently not amenable to NMR characterization.
