Simple shape control : Ultrathin Pd nanosheets are readily fabricated by simply mixing [Pd 2 (μ‐CO) 2 Cl 4 ] 2− with H 2 O at ambient temperature. The as‐prepared Pd nanosheets are surface clean and serve as an excellent platform to evaluate the effect of organic capping agents on the catalytic and electrocatalytic properties of Pd nanocrystals.
