With great stacking comes great conductivity : Trifluoromethylated corannulenes are unexpectedly strong electron acceptors in solution. Even a polycrystalline film of 1,2‐(F 3 C) 2 ‐corannulene (top structure and curve in the plot) exhibits conductivity three orders of magnitude higher than that of pristine corannulene!
