Radical protection makes a biradical : High‐temperature‐stable biradicaloids [P(μ‐NR)] 2 (R=Ter, Hyp) were isolated from [ClP(μ‐NR)] 2 when mild reducing agents were employed. The bulky substituents prevent dimerization. Ter=2,6‐Mes 2 C 6 H 3 , with Mes=2,4,6‐Me 3 C 6 H 2 ; Hyp=(Me 3 Si) 3 Si.
