Micelles to the rescue : Two amphiphiles are shown to afford air‐stable aqueous gold catalyst solutions with excellent reactivity and recyclability. Various α‐functionalized allenes can be cycloisomerized smoothly and efficiently with this system at room temperature. Addition of NaCl to the reaction mixture affords larger micelles and induces faster reactions.
