Magnetic personality : Nanocone nanoreactors consisting of polyoxometalates functionalized with surfactant alkyl chains and magnetite nanocrystals (NCs) provide enhanced catalytic performance for the oxidation of sulfides to sulfones by a trap–release mechanism and advanced catalyst recovery under an external magnetic field.
