Small but mighty : Current methods for generating oil‐in‐water emulsions provide nanoparticle‐stabilized capsules (NPSCs) that are too large for efficient delivery. Electrostatic and hydrogen‐bonding interactions were combined to create stable NPSCs with diameters of around 100 nm. Their potential as delivery vehicles was demonstrated through dye studies with HeLa cells.
