Ru communicating? Butadiyn‐diyl bridges link three Ru 2 moieties together to give a molecular wire (see structure, red Ru, green C, blue N, purple O). Voltammetric, spectroscopic, and magnetic data all point to extensive electronic delocalization across the linear trimer.
