Selective response : The fully synthetic vaccine shown, which contains a glycopeptide antigen from the tumor‐associated mucin MUC1 and an immunostimulating T‐cell epitope from ovalbumin, induces a highly specific immune response in mice. The induced antibody reacts with the glycopeptides and analogues that carry additional tumor‐associated T N antigen monosaccharides in their sequence.
