As nutty as a fruitcake! PdS x seed‐mediated growth has led to the formation of heterostructured Pd–Co–Pd sulfide peanut‐shaped nanoparticles, which were generated by fusing two Co–Pd sulfide acorn‐shaped nanoparticles with the Co 9 S 8 phases aligned in the same crystallographic orientation (see TEM image).
