Golden bridge : In the title complex, the auride anion acts as an acceptor in NH⋅⋅⋅Au − hydrogen bonds (see molecular structure; C gray, H white, N blue, O red, Au orange, Rb violet). For the first time, experimental values for an H⋅⋅⋅Au − distance and the corresponding N‐H‐Au angle could be determined.
