Biomacromolecules (proteins, DNA) provide a chiral second sphere for achiral or racemic metal‐complex catalysts. Such supramolecular hybrids have recently been optimized for high enantioselectivity by structural variation of both the chemical and the biological component, and provide the products with ≥90 % ee for specific reactions.
