H Box : The clusters [Rh 6 (PR 3 ) 6 H 12 ][BAr F 4 ] 2 (R=cyclohexyl, i Pr; see scheme, pink Rh, orange P) reversibly take up two molecules of H 2 under ambient conditions (1 atm H 2 , 298 K) to give discrete octahedral clusters surrounded by 16 hydride ligands.
