The cagelike 1,3,5‐triaza‐7‐phosphaadamantane ligand bridges [CpRu] + and [AgCl 2 ] − moieties by an unprecedented N,P‐coordinating mode (see picture) to yield water‐soluble, air‐stable heterobimetallic polymeric structures. The products have been structurally characterized, and dynamic light‐scattering measurements confirm the polymeric nature of the complex in water.
