Common oligosaccharides and aldehyde‐attached glycoproteins derived from enzymatic modifications can be captured by glycoblotting based on oxylamino‐containing polymers. The combination of this glycoblotting and MALDI‐TOF/TOF mass spectrometry enabled a high‐throughput analytical method to be developed.
