Carry on : Zwitterionic silver complexes were prepared from silver salts and zwitterionic‐type sulfopropyl imidazolium compounds (see scheme), and their performance as carriers for facilitated‐transport composite membranes was investigated for the separation of a mixture of isoprene and n ‐pentane.
