Highly‐functionalized reagents can be produced from gold nanoparticles containing up to seven different DNA oligonucleotide sequences (see picture). The individual oligomers are orthogonally addressable and reveal an efficient reactivity that is comparable to that of the analogous monofunctional conjugates.
