A one‐pot procedure for the synthesis of 2,3,6‐trideoxyglycosides 1 has been developed, based on the sequential activation of a sulfoxide group and a methylsulfanyl group in 2 , cyclization, and subsequent glycosidation with a glycosyl acceptor 3 .
