Suzuki cross‐coupling has again proved itself as the method of choice for the formation of complex hydrocarbons. Macrocycles 1 could be synthesized from preformed oligophenylene modules. The crystal structure of 1a shows that each macrocycle contains a chloroform molecule, which is fixed in its position through a CHπ interaction.
