Neutral molecules are encapsulated in the cluster anions in the title, which were produced by solvothermal reactions of [ n Bu 4 N] 3 [H 3 V 10 O 28 ] and PhAsO 3 H 2 in CH 3 OH/H 2 O (99:1) with and without Et 4 NCl. The structures are shown schematically below.
