A 2‐phosphaallylic center and a fluoro‐substituted phosphonium center are present in the novel complex 1 , which is formed by a trimerization reaction of t BuCP with [CpRu(CH 3 CN) 3 ][PF 6 ]. Subsequent reaction of 1 with two equivalents of [W(CO) 5 (thf)] affords 2 , the first 2‐phosphaallyl complex in which this ligand is coordinated η 1 and η 3 to two metal centers.
