The significance of AsS ligands in the construction of AsS cage structures with an As 2 S 3 framework and organometallic building blocks is documented for the first time in the thermal conversion of 1 to give 2 and 3 . Complex 1 can be considered as the initial product of the complex‐induced realgar fragmentation with [{Cp × Co(CO)} 2 ] (Cp × = C 5 Me 4 Et).
