A concave structure to bind substrates as well as two phosphite sites to bind Rh 1 are found in compound 1 . The schematic drawing 2 shows the structure of the Rh 1 cage compound with a bound 4‐allylcatechol molecule, which is either isomerized to methylstyrene or hydrogenated to the propyl derivative.
