A one‐step synthesis of metal‐coordinated ynols and ynol derivatives is possible by irradiation of the alkylidyne–carbonyl–tungsten complexes 1 and entrapment of the resulting ketenyl ligands with the electrophile E. Complexes 2 are obtained in good yields. R = Me, Ph; E = H, C(O)CMe 3 , Si(CMe 3 ) 2 Ph.
