A distorted RhNB 10 icosahedron containing a six‐fold coordinated N atom forms the basic structure of the complex [{(Ph 3 P) 2 RhH}NB 10 H 11 ] ( 1 , depicted to the right without the PPh 3 substituents), which is accessible from the anion nido ‐NB 10 H 12 −and [(Ph 3 P) 3 RhCl]. The open pentagonal side of the anion becomes a pentahapto ligand and the bridging H atoms migrate to rhodium.
