A puckered six‐membered Pt 3 Cl 3 ring , which coordinates a “naked” Sn II center via its basic Pt centers characterizes the cluster core (picture on the right) of the title compound. Not only the Pt‐Sn interactions but also short contacts between Sn II and the o ‐F atoms of the C 6 F 5 ‐substituents on the platinum contribute to the stabilization of this unusual complex anion.
