An MM′SiO four‐membered ring characterizes complexes 1 and 2 . The novel η 2 ‐μ 2 ‐SiO bridge of 1 is “hemilabile” in solution (only one OMe 1 H NMR signal), whereas it is stable for 2 . These findings could contribute to a better understanding of coordinatively unsaturated, catalytically active multinuclear complexes on supports such as SiO 2 (Ph 2 PCH 2 PPh 2 ).
