There are apparently no set limits to the variety of phosphorus‐carbon cage compounds: In the reaction of t BuC P with (η 4 ‐1‐methylnaphthalene)(η 6 ‐toluene)iron, aside from known complexes also the compounds 1 – 4 could be isolated. 4 is characterized by partial 1,3‐diphosphaallyl and 2‐phosphaallyl structures.
