A stable, delocalized 3p π‐bonding system is present in the lithium salt 1 of the title compound. Compound 1 is surprisingly easy to prepare. The formation of the heteroallyl system is revealed by the η 2 coordination of lithium and by the short PSi bonds. Reaction of 1 with H 2 O and with Me 3 SiC1 affords species containing P = Si bonds (Aryl = 2,4,6‐ t Bu 3 C 6 H 2 ).
