How does the circular dichroism change when the nitrogen atom of the helical pyridinophane 1 successively assumes other positions in the six‐membered ring? To answer this question the structurally isomeric pyridinophanes 1 – 4 were prepared in a two‐step synthesis and investigated. The structure‐chiroptics relationships thus obtained are a challenge for theoretical chemists.
